How The Inventor Of The Cronut Makes Cinnamon Rolls [VIDEO]

So this came across my YouTube feed. The creator of 2012‘s cronut, Dominique Ansel goes out of the box again and blows everyone’s mind with his version of the cinnamon roll. He starts with a 100-layered pastry dough, much like his cronut, bakes it, applies his french toast batter, and then bakes it again. I give this man props to his dedication to the craft.
